The challenge was to turn a strong visual template into a site that could carry technical writing, project context, and research artifacts without losing clarity.It needed to feel editorial and alive while still supporting maintainable Next.js structure and fast page delivery.

Information design
Content hierarchy was reworked around signals, notes, and case studies so technical material reads clearly without flattening the visual voice.
Brand translation
The inherited Azurio visual language was adapted into an RZ-AI identity with sharper wording, calmer structure, and archive-oriented emphasis.
Frontend engineering
Implementation focused on preserving the motion quality while migrating the experience to a clean Next.js codebase that can keep evolving.

The redesigned site keeps the strongest parts of the reference motion system while refitting it for long-form technical storytelling.A clear Next.js structure, reusable sections, and carefully preserved animations keep the experience expressive without sacrificing speed.

The app router structure now carries the site, making routing, metadata, and shared components easier to manage across the whole archive.
Styles & layout system
The visual system stays close to the reference template while content structure and shared UI are rewritten to fit RZ-AI Lab.
GSAP motion layer
Scroll choreography, pinned sections, and text reveals were preserved so the site keeps the same sense of momentum as the original reference.
